Tragedy of the waste water treatment system

Our food factory customer very disappointed.
That effluent of grease trap which installed in the ground, found a lot of oil flow out instead the normal sewage.

This is very surprising that design company mistake and JET have a responsibility to help and suggest companies that can fix this problem for customers.
And analyzed water quality periodically then use results to recommend as appropriately.
