Sewage smell in the room

We were consulted about the sewage smell in the room after return to home.
We detected a bad smell from the sewage pipes installed the toilet including sink in the kitchen.

Normally the sewer have a part to prevent smell or insect invasion(cap or water) installed but our customer not have this part and not have water in flush toilet that different with another place.

But this time toilet lid is very dirty. We recommended customer to clean toilet lid and sewer cap. Moreover recommended close sewer cap every sewer that not used.

ซึ่งทางเราตรวจพบกลิ่นเหม็นที่มาจากท่อน้ำเสียที่ติดตั้งไว้ที่ห้องน้ำ ห้องส้วม รวมไปถึง อ่างล้างจานในห้องครัว

โดยปกติบริเวณท่อน้ำทิ้งนั้น จะมีส่วนที่ป้องกันกลิ่นเหม็นหรือการบุกรุกของแมลง(ฝาปิดหรือน้ำ)ที่ติดตั้งไว้อยู่ ซึ่งในบ้านของลูกค้านั้นไม่มีการติดตั้งฝาท่อ และลักษณะของชักโครกนั้นก็แตกต่างจากที่อื่นคือไม่มีน้ำที่คอเป็ดบริเวณชักโครก

แต่ในครั้งนี้นั้น ฝาชักโครกนั้นสกปรกอย่างมาก ซึ่งทางเราได้แนะนำให้ทำความสะอาดฝาชักโครกและฝาท่อ และแนะนำว่าท่อน้ำทิ้งที่ไม่ได้ใช้ให้ทำการปิดท่อเอาไว้ด้วย
